A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a full refund promptly.

5. Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law. The total price, including VAT and delivery costs, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

We take care to ensure that all prices are accurate. However, if a pricing error is discovered before your order is dispatched, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

7. Delivery

8. Your Legal Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods (the cooling-off period). To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period expires.

9. Consumer Rights and Statutory Guarantee

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products sold by Tilann must be:

Of satisfactory quality.
Fit for their intended purpose.
As described on the product listing.

If a product does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Act. This statutory guarantee runs for 2 years from the date of purchase. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
