We do not currently offer telephone support. All customer communication is handled via email and our on-site contact form.

  • Weekends and UK public holidays: service unavailable

4. Submitting a Formal Complaint

If you wish to submit a formal complaint, please email us at info@tilann.co.uk with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Your message should include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and the outcome you are seeking.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days and work towards a resolution within 30 calendar days, in line with our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact:
